We are grateful to be returning to indoor worship at Epiphany. This page provides answers to frequently asked questions below that will help you with the latest recommendations set by the transition team, local, state, federal regulations and the CDC as well as the diocese.
Do I need to wear a mask?
Yes. We ask that all parishioners older than 5 years-old wear a mask (without vents.) Please note that face shields are permitted but only in addition to a mask. We encourage all ages to wear a mask, but understand that it may be hard for children under 5 to keep their masks on.
Will there be a limit to the number of people permitted?
How will I enter the building and find my seat?
Please practice physical distancing of 6ft. or more between family units. Ushers will be available to assist you in any way. View a map here to see seating arrangements in the sanctuary.
Will nursery be available?
Epiphany always welcomes children of all ages to our worship services. Due to diocesan protocol, the nursery, all children’s Sunday school rooms and the playground will be closed for the time being. There are no Quiet Bags available. To access children’s Home Sunday school, email Sarah Jo
Will you pass the offering plate?
The offering plates will not be passed, but will be located at both exits of the church.
Will there be communion offered?
Pre-Consecrated communion will be available upon both entries into the church. Wafers are individually wrapped and will be picked up upon entry and then consumed at the end of the Eucharistic prayer. Gluten free wafers will be available.
Will there be singing?
For your health, there will not be any congregational singing, but we will all enjoy beautiful music.
Who should attend these services?
We invite all to attend unless you are experiencing any symptoms of illness. We encourage those in high risk categories to take advantage of our online live stream service.
